PostNet Loyalty Card System – Digital Parcel Rewards Platform

This personal project is an internal digital management system created to replace physical loyalty cards used by parcel stores. The system digitally tracks customer parcels and receipts, automatically tallying transactions. Once a customer sends 10 parcels, the system rewards them with an 11th parcel free, removing the risk of lost, damaged, or forgotten physical cards. The platform improves operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience while giving stores better insight into customer loyalty activity.
